With over 35 years of experience, we guarantee high quality and reliability in our sacrificial anodes. Our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards and industry guidelines. Each production batch undergoes rigorous testing and quality control to ensure optimal performance.

We provide the design and delivery of sacrificial anode systems for both ships and marine structures, including ports and offshore installations. Our solutions offer long-lasting protection against corrosion, even in the most demanding marine environments.

Information

The NoCor® Rust Lifter consists of a 4 kg magnesium anode, which we deliver in a robust cloth bag, has a drive voltage of 1.5 V and is equipped with a 5 meter long #8 AWG red XLPE/PVC cable. This configuration is optimal for providing cathodic protection to underground steel structures such as water mains and piping systems, which are often severely exposed in corrosive environments. NoCor® Rust Lifters are available in different weights for different projects and needs. By correctly sizing and placing magnesium anodes, for example, engineers can ensure comprehensive cathodic protection for underground steel components in water and sewer systems, which also greatly reduces the need for costly replacements and repairs caused by corrosion. Magnesium anodes are particularly effective in high resistivity soil and water due to their high electromotive voltage. NoCor® Rust Lifters are provided with bentonite filling for improved soil contact and come with a 5 meter long cable for flexible and safe underground installation. Furthermore, the cable connection is protected with epoxy to ensure long-term durability and optimal current dissipation.

Technical benefits:

  • High-performance cathodic protection: Effective protection of underground steel structures, water lines and pipe systems against corrosion
  • Premium material: M1C grade magnesium with a drive voltage of 1.5V, providing excellent anode performance
  • Installation ready: Supplied with sacrificial anode, bentonite filling and a connection cable for quick and easy installation
  • Adjustable length: You can easily adjust the cable to the desired length for specific installation needs
  • Standard compliance: The anodes are manufactured according to ASTM Standard B843, ensuring the highest quality standards
Our magnesium anodes are designed and manufactured to adapt to different installations and ground conditions. However, for soil resistivities above 10,000 ohm-centimeters or in the absence of an effective outer coating on the tank, we recommend consulting our engineers for specific design recommendations. Using high potential magnesium anodes ensures long lasting and effective corrosion protection for all underground steel components of your water and sewer systems.

We're here to help!

We are dedicated to creating customized cathodic protection solutions tailored from the ground up for each unique project. Our primary goal is to ensure maximum protection for our customers' investments. A bespoke design and solution often result in reduced maintenance costs, extended service life, and increased operational reliability.

Our most common designs include:

  • Ports
  • Ships
  • Pipelines and underground systems
  • Offshore / Underwater structures

Our courses are designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of corrosion protection and its applications across various industries, including marine environments, infrastructure, facilities, industry, and the public sector. We offer training materials suitable for both experts and beginners, as well as for small and large groups.

Our experienced team of instructors specializes in the field and shares their knowledge and expertise during the course. Our training programs are practical and equip you with the tools you need to implement corrosion protection effectively. Learn more about our training programs here.

We know that sometimes customization is the only option; that’s why we offer custom manufacturing of anodes. Over the past 30 years, we have produced more than 700 custom-made anodes, ranging in weight from 0.05 kg to 90 kg.

We will provide you with the market's best expertise, speed, and reliability when it comes to manufacturing custom anodes. Read more here.

Absolutely! We troubleshoot leaking water pipes, rusting metal, anodes that corrode too quickly, stray currents, corroding sheet piles, and more.

Examples of corrosion troubleshooting include:

  • Stray currents
  • Potential measurements
  • Investigation of corrosion issues
  • Consultation on problems and solutions

Our warehouse is located in southern Sweden, with daily global shipping. For in-stock anodes, delivery is typically 2–3 days within Europe and 3–5 days worldwide. Larger orders may require production time, resulting in a total lead time of 2–3 weeks.

To protect the environment, we aim to ship as much as possible on the same truck. Therefore, we usually ask when you need your deliveries to optimize your requirements while considering environmental aspects during transportation.
